Basically, I got fired.</p> <p>It&#8217;s a long story, which I will tell someday. In the meantime, I wanted to apologize to anyone who was looking for the next thrilling installment of the <a href="https://mg.to/2005/06/28/ajax-pdf-fading-highlight-setup">Ajax-style PDF</a> series.
